We explored Millennium Park and the Skydeck, both were amazing. The room was clean and adequate for our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast options too. Overall, a convenient stay for a group vacation.

Customer service wasn't the best. During check-in, the front desk staff seemed unprofessional, which made the start of our stay awkward.

Not the best stay

Checked in and it was a mess. The bathroom had weird stains and gross stuff, which was super off-putting. The staff was nice though. The breakfast spread was decent with muffins and oatmeal. The only real issue was the cleanliness. at $65 a night, I expected better. Seriously, do a better job on the rooms.

The Queen studio was comfortable and spacious. I appreciated the kitchenette. it was useful for making quick meals. The location was great, near shopping and dining options. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, with only packaged muffins and oatmeal. The coffee ran out quickly and wasn't refilled often. Also, my room had some cleanliness issues, like leftover toiletries from the previous guest in the bathroom. Additionally, the carpets could have used a good cleaning. I expected better upkeep given the rate I paid. A little more attention to these details would go a long way in enhancing the experience.

Checking in was a hassle with no dedicated parking area to pull in for registration. My first room was still being cleaned upon arrival, and the second room had a heavy smell of smoke, despite being advertised as non-smoking. Additionally, the basic breakfast offerings of muffins and granola bars left a lot to be desired for a hotel that's supposed to cater to extended stays.

The studio with double beds felt spacious and was equipped with a large television and refrigerator, making our stay convenient.

The bedding was so cozy, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The shower was refreshing and perfect after a long day. Plus, the spacious room gave me plenty of room to relax and unwind!

Perfect for a Quick Getaway!

We had a charming stay with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The room had a cozy atmosphere, and we enjoyed the yoga mats provided for a relaxing workout. Definitely check out nearby restaurants for great local eats! Bring your own bedding for ultimate comfort.

This place definitely could be better

The lady at the reception was very nice, very sweet and patient. And I appreciated the heater working nicely in my room during the cold winter nights, it felt cute.

It was on the expensive side, but you're getting what you pay for that's for sure.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a friendly 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with currency recommendations, which I appreciated. I’m looking forward to coming back for a weekend!
